At Oz Bargains™, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you sort it quickly. This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return Email us your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll reply with the next steps. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
Return conditions We can’t accept returns for items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without prior contact.
